We had so much fun exploring the 3 way marked walking trails and the family cycle route. The bike hire was super convenient and we went on the craziest adventures. We also tried out the horse trails and felt like cowboys in the Wild West. And let's not forget about Go Ape! We swung from treetops like Tarzan, it was insane! The play area and onsite café were the perfect spots to relax and refuel, all while surrounded by the most amazing nature. And the best part? We got to ride on an actual full-size railway line! The steam-hauled trains were like something out of a movie. It was definitely a vacation we'll remember forever!

The only thing that would have made our stay even more awesome is if there was a party room! We had such a blast during the day, but it would have been amazing to have a designated space to hang out and dance the night away.

Amazing views, delicious food, and a great atmosphere to relax with a cocktail or beer. Perfect for families and adults.

Just one thing missing - a full-length mirror. Oh well, who needs to see their whole outfit when surrounded by beautiful scenery?

The location of the hotel is very pleasant and offers a nice view. the staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating, even allowing early check-in for a wedding. the bathroom is lovely, stocked with soap and shower gels. the room is spotlessly clean and perfect for a couple of nights away from our hectic lives.

The only thing we wished for was a banging party scene. Don't get me wrong, we had a blast with all the outdoor activities, but after a long day of adventuring, we were hoping for some nighttime fun.

The price seemed a bit steep for what was offered, especially considering this was our first time staying in this type of accommodation. We weren't sure if the cost was in line with standard prices for similar venues.

Feel that it was slightly overpriced but there again it was our first stay in such a venue so we are not aware of standard prices. Not a complaint as we loved it and it was spotlessly clean and it was perfect for a couple of nights away from our hectic lives, but would of loved a full length mirror!

The decoration of the hotel was simply lovely. The rustic charm of the oak-clad exterior and the exposed oak roof beams inside added character and style to the entire place. I also appreciated how well-maintained and spotlessly clean the hotel was. As a senior person, I found the hotel to be easily accessible with a delightful front decking area and wide doorways. It made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The only thing I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is the addition of a full-length mirror. While I understand that space is limited in the shepherds hut, having a full-length mirror would have been helpful for getting ready.

The bedroom has plenty of storage space and a TV that can be folded against the wall, so you can watch your favorite shows from bed. I loved how cozy and convenient it felt.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the handmade luxury bathtub as much as I thought I would. But hey, that's just me!
